If you aren't already, be sure to like and follow @livelocalmd on Facebook and Instagram so you're able to be tagged in our posts and have access to all the flyers and advertisements we create for this event. We'll be doing tons of shout outs to you all and spotlighting your business on social media as much as we can leading up to the event. Now for the day of our awesome Expo, this should be everything you need to know: 1. You can arrive as early as 10am to set up. Please use the double doors toward the front of the building next to the truck bays. I'll be there to meet you and show you to your assigned space. 2. There is excellent wifi and the space you'll be in is fully temperature controlled. 3. We will have plenty of chairs for you to use, but you do need to supply everything else for your set up. 4. There are limited spaces that will be outlet accessible, so please email me directly if you need one for your display so we can ensure we can accommodate you. 5. We'll have a few food trucks at the event, but there is a microwave accessible to you should you prefer to bring your own food. There are also public restrooms (not porta-pottys) right outside of the Expo space we'll be using. 6. Expo will end at 4pm and we will have until 6pm to be out of the building.
