Baby kitten needs to be rehomed

I have a tabby kitten who is (not surely but estimated guess) about 3 or 4 months old, at first I was supposed to be only taking care of him until his owner found him a home but then his owner ghosted me and my apartment complex does not allow cats, so i’m already breaking the rules but he is extremely affectionate and very playful and he is shy at first but he will warm up quickly! I’m not asking for any money at all just a loving home for this fur baby. we call him by the name simba.
