The Military Homebuyer Workshop is specifically designed to help military personnel and their spouses understand how to use the VA Loan program to purchase a home and/or build their investment portfolio. We'll discuss the benefits of the VA Home Loan, eligibility requirements, and the homebuying process, as well as discuss your options should you relocate. This workshop is built to address the unique concerns of the military homebuyer and help provide you with the information you need to make the best decisions for you and your family, no matter where your service takes you. Whether you are a first-time homebuyer or are looking to purchase your second-, third-, or fourth home, just starting your military career or about to retire, this class will bring the most up-to-date info on VA Loan policies and guidelines as well as resources to help you along the way.
