Monster BJJ and Revolution Fitness are teaming up to bring BJJ to Revolution fitness. Black Belt Rob Lauth will be showing everyone the basics during our seminar. He has a Black Belt under Monster BJJ in Smithtown. Rob is a Northport resident and he's very excited to help bring BJJ to Northport
