Looking for Halloween costume help

I have a costume party this Saturday night and I need help with a costume! I pretty open for anything, so please let me know if you have experience with make up or costume design and have anything in mind. Are you good at growing horns out of your head or maybe a 2nd face?? I just don't like wearing masks and honestly don't care if I just do something on my face and head but dont have a full costume on, preferably something I can come get done around 3 or 4 pm Saturday and be finished in an hour or so. I live in sandy springs so maybe something not too far from there or even at my house if needed.
