The Imperial Calcasieu Museum will be teaming up with Chef Amanda Cusey and Do Good Dog Rescue to host Canines & Cocktails: a night of fine dining at the Paramount Room in Lake Charles on Friday, December 16th, 2022. This event will serve the community by raising funds to continue the support of cultural, artistic, and animal placement initiatives provided by the nonprofits hosting this evening’s dinner. The night will feature a delicious culinary spread, a silent auction, music, and live painting. Dinner for the evening will be comprised of a five-course meal including soup, salad, two protein dishes, and dessert. Food will be prepared by Chef Cusey and her team, and her culinary expertise will be on full display. Live painting will be performed by Kat Godsey and Ashley Royer, 2021 Mayor’s Art Awards Artists of the Year, and violinist Jairus Daigle will be our musical talent for the evening. Tickets for the night will be priced at $250 each, and tables can be purchased for $2500 to accommodate the larger groups. The dress code for the event will be cocktail attire.
