Maintenance Workers perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance and repairs to plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems in individual units and larger buildings at various Anderson properties. We are looking for Maintenance Workers who are reliable, contentious, and driven. Other basic requirements are: Knowledge and experience in various maintenance and repair work including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, mechanical and grounds Capacity to perform light carpentry tasks Provide excellent customer service to residents Ability to work independently and demonstrate high levels of self motivation as well as on a team Capability to work at multiple locations in Milwaukee Area, must have own transportation & valid driver’s license Means to provide own set of basic hand tools Exhibit responsibility in maintaining company equipment and tools Knowledge in operating various hand tools, power equipment, and commercial machinery Able to lift 50 pounds Ability to maintain property grounds by clearing any debris or trash Preparedness to work in seasonal temperature extremes. Responsible for snow and ice removal Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Hourly: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour based on experience Benefits: Dental insurance Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
