1) 5X 12 walkway adjoining workshop pad
1 10X15 pad for RV parking
1) 20X 12 (Irregular) pad for workshop
No plumbing or electrical in pads
Lump Sum pricing
Will pay weekly as job progresses, and will pay for concrete and other materials direct.
