Josue' Giovanni Malik is a senior at the Newton College & Career Academy where he studies Culinary Arts and Digital Media. Josue' recently traveled to Lisbon, Portugal for a "cooking-vacay" where he worked with several master chefs and prepared some amazing traditional Portuguese dishes! Josue' has had a love for cooking from a very young age and is looking forward to his role as Jr. Chef at Musulyn's International Restaurant at the Portuguese Food Tasting Event! Musulyn's International Restaurant specializes in African, Caribbean and Southern Fusions and loves to blend international ethnic flavors with traditional western tastes to create a fine dining experience.
