Holiday Lighting Installer: Neighborhood Holiday Lights is looking for seasonal outdoor Christmas lighting installers who are comfortable on roofs and ladders to install commercial and residential Christmas light displays. Full and part time positions available! This position is labor intensive and will be working outdoors most of the time. If you love having fun, working outside in the fresh air and bringing smiles to customers' faces this could be the job for you! We offer great pay and a fun work environment. Starting pay $20 to $30 an hour based on experience and work ability. Seasonal bonuses for good performers. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday 10-12 hour shifts. On occasion for large commercial jobs or work in the Denver area we begin earlier and may possibly end later. Once installs are complete there will be the option to pick up shifts at one of our 4 Christmas tree lot locations. Great base pay and insane tips there too! Ideal employees will take on an owner mentality and poses the following: -Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and their own transportation. -An Awesome Attitude with care about their appearance. -Interact with all lighting customers on an as needed basis. -Someone who is able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions to install commercial and residential Christmas lighting and decor. -Be comfortable working on a roof, using ladders up to 40 feet and lifts up to 80 feet -Commit to working the full Christmas light season from 11/1/22 to 1/30/23 -We provide uniforms and equipment. -Self-confident, Professional, Friendly, Good communication skills. -Detail-oriented, Reliable, Team player. -Troubleshoot and problem solve installation issues on-site.
