Commercial cleaner and manager - Weekdays (M-F) - cleaning early evening, sweeping, dusting, mopping vacuuming of office spaces and wipe downs of bathrooms, all at one account. Saturday schedule is simply 30 minutes replacing trash liners at one account and inspecting 1-2 accounts to make sure staff is doing their job. Saturday is roughly 1 hour of work and can be done at anytime on Saturday, the weekday account can start at 5:00 pm and will take 5-6 hours (M-F). Great opportunity to make more money and move up in the company for the right person. A reliable car is a must.
