Rochelle Williams Johnson serves as the Director, Diversity Education and Engagement in the Office of Inclusion and Diversity at Auburn University. She partners with campus and community stakeholders to deliver DEI trainings, professional development, and equitable and inclusive programming. For over 15 years Rochelle has been supportive of the beliefs and values necessary to provide a quality, innovative, and transformative learning environment for the promotion of life-long learning and the accomplishment of personal and professional goals. She will be discussing why blind-spots matter, diversifying the field of advertising through outreach and using inclusive language in media.
