Description

Gremlin is the offspring of my main cat, All Ball. At the time I thought I was doing All Ball a favor by keeping one of her kittens, not understanding that cats don't work that way and mother cats typically want nothing to do with their kittens after weaning them. Well, mama All Ball cannot stand Gremlin. Gremlin desperately wants to be close to her mother but her mother attacks her on sight. I thought eventually mama would warm to her baby but it's been a year and nothing has changed. All Ball is a "I am the darkness. I am the danger. You are already dead" ninja type of cat. Gremlin is the "I AM A PERPETUALLY ANXIOUS FANCYPOOF WHO WILL CRY UNLESS HELD" poofy fluffy cat. She is a needy baby and sings the song of her people frequently. I want to be sure she goes to someone who appreciates this type of cat. She has not noticeably matured since she was a kitten and still just wants to do kitten stuff like cuddle, cry and suckle your finger tips, probably because her mother never socialized her. Her meows are not loud, they are soft and quiet, but incessant except when she is being cuddled. I have sensory issues which contribute greatly to the decision to rehome her. Gremlin is not litter trained but she does know to go potty outdoors, rather than indoors. She is not vaccinated or chipped. Gremlin is one year old as of a few days ago.
