rehoming outside 6 yr old mouser

This is Dutchess (Dutchie) Dutchie is 6 yrs old, she is fixed. she prefers outside, we got her when we lived in idaho in the middle of no where she was able to roam and do as she pleased outside. She would come in and do her thing and go back out. She is an amazing mouser and loves to catch anything. Shes not a big people kitty shes very skittish. But she loves to be talked to. She will let certain people pet her and love on her after she gets to know them. But other than that she runs. Shes not at all a mean girl. Shes actually very sweet. Since we moved we cannot get her to come inside. (I dont think she likes our new house) She refuses, she will come to the door for pets and loves but thats it. Id love her to go to a home where they have a place for her to be warm, try to love on her and hopefully develop a bond. And somewhere she will be fed and given water. Not just thrown outside to fend for herself. Shes never had to fend for herself. The only reason im rehoming her, is our lease says we are not allowed to have animals living outside our home, as well as no animal food because of rodents, skunks and raccoons.
