Need to rehome Male 1yr old Tabby Road Kitty

My male kitty is a great cat, he is just not adjusting well to life on the road. I live in a converted bus, it's not the driving the bothers him, he gets upset because he can't go outside everyday depending on where we are. We let him go out in safe areas when permissible but it is not always an option as we travel. When he can't go outside he pees in the house. He is house trained and will not go inside if allowed outside every day. He does use a litter box indoors but is peeing as a strike for not being let outside. He is intact as well and not spraying. He is peeing. I think he needs a home that can provide what he needs which is to be able to go outdoors every day.
