I went to Walgreens In SW Portland for all 3 of my Covid vaccine shots. Long story short, my car was stolen last night, and inside my car glove box was my vaccine card. Stupid I know 😭I took it with me for entrance to Everett house last night since they require it for entry. I should have never left it in my car. Good I’m flying to Canada next week for my grandmothers funeral. I need proof that I am fully vaccinated to enter Canada. Today I went into Walgreens with my ID and asked them to print out my vaccine record, of what they administered. They could only see that I had 2 shots. I absolutely had 3. Not only that, they wouldn’t give me a new card. I absolutely had that 3rd shot and there is no way to prove it since my card is now stolen. My grandmother was like my mom. She raised me and I so desperately need to be there to say my goodbyes. I’m an emotional wreck and don’t know what to do. I’m her only granddaughter and I want to be there so bad. This is devastating to me. Please any advise???
