What You Will Do Operate shop equipment with the goal of maximum output while achieving high quality standards. Background in wood working Ability to operate CNC Reliable and detail oriented High energy and ability to perform physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs) Knowledgeable and experienced enough to step right into a fast paced work environment. Demonstrates a proven track record of working within a team environment and independently.
