We are an legal, professional, legitimate business offering financial services such as bail bonds, hard money loans, and business loans. We also handle debt collection for other businesses. We are seeking to recruit debt collection agents to add to our growing team. There will be times when our agents need to be assertive and firm. However, it is important that you are able to keep calm and collected even in a tense and high-pressure situation. Requirements: - Must be physically fit and in good shape - Ex-military and ex-police will be given special consideration. - Persons who have gone through unarmed combat training or any form of martial arts will be given special consideration. - Ex-felons are welcome to apply, however, you must have completed probation and/or any other parole requirements in full. - Persons who have a security license (armed/unarmed) are welcome to apply. - Must be willing to undergo drugs test. - Must have a highly professional demeanor, and a proven ability to keep calm even in tense situations. - Must be reliable, loyal, punctual and responsible. - Must have own vehicle and a clean driving license. Compensation: FULL TIME (35-40 HOURS / WEEK) - base $5,000 per month + up to $3,000 in additional incentives + benefits PART TIME (AT LEAST 10 HOURS / WEEK) - base $50 per hour + up to $1,500 in monthly incentives Application Process: We assure you that even though this is Craigslist, we are a very legitimate and serious group of people.
