Blue flame heating and cooling totally dishonest

I called consumer energy to come out to my home Sunday due to no hot water guess who shows up blue flame heating and cooling checks the water heater out says everything is working correct don't know what's going on I will have to ask the owner/boss I will call you in the morning no call no show called consumers again STILL no hot water. I had blue flame come out almost 2 years ago when my home ac unit went out and they said my unit was shot and that u needed a whole new unit total b.s. still working after I had consumer energy send another company for a 2nd opinion and they said everything checked good after blue flame replaced the compensator with they said they didn't crooooks
