TSM is currently looking to hire a Roofing Sales Associate We are a family-owned company that has served business in the valley for over 6 years. We are currently growing rapidly and would love to add another member to our team. We are looking to add someone who is a team player and is not afraid to build a powerful Sales Force. This position will be responsible for running the leads that the company provides, generating self leads, meeting with clients, obtaining subcontractor bids, preparing job budgets. We are looking for an individual that is hard-working, very reliable, and willing to travel to all parts of the Valley; this includes northern cities such as Prescott, Cottonwood, etc. The right candidate must be motivated and driven. Must be able to estimate & close the deal. Additional Requirements: - Must be able to climb a ladder and lift to 75 pounds - Must be physically able to get on all types of roofs to examine them for repair or replacement - Must have a clear Arizona driver's license and be at least 18 years of age. - Must be able to pass a drug test - Roofing and sales experience is preferred. This position offers commission-based incentive, so the sky is the limit on your earning potential - We can work with a Draw schedule while you are building your book of business.
