Full time - Permanent Position We are a small locally, owned & operated, full-service restoration company in the Madison Area. Serving a 50-mile radius around Madison, we are growing fast and need reliable help! We are seeking a full time, Restoration/Mitigation Tech, with an outgoing personality, that wants to learn our trade. Main duties include, but are not limited to: · Mitigation and cleanup of properties damaged by water, fire and mold. · Demolition and tear out · Setting up equipment · Cleaning and sanitizing damaged properties · Assisting our carpenter on occasion Helpful Skills: · Previous experience in water damage, structural drying, mold, fire damage, etc. (one or all) is preferred however, it's not mandatory. . Construction (laborer, carpentry, dry walling, painting, etc.) The Right Person Will: · Come to work on time with a positive attitude. · Have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record · Have reliable transportation to get to work · Be willing to learn new skills to build a career · Have high quality standards about their work · Be a good listener & follows direction · Be part of an on call team on some weekends and evenings.
