Been traveling for a few years and moving back into our fairly large house - too many projects to list but need proficiency in demolition, irrigation, exterior staining, and general remodeling tasks. If you have at least 2 years sheetrock, mud, tape, texture experience, you will be prioritized and that work could extend past 2 weeks. We'd like work to begin this Thursday 10/27. Text with your name, experience, and confirmation that you are available to work at least 1 full week beginning 10/27. We will pay you $20/hr cash on first day - if you work hard and show skills and determination, we will increase that to $25/hour beginning the 2nd day of work. If you can demonstrate sheet rocking, etc proficiency, we will pay $30/hr for good solid work of that nature.
