Ipswich-Plowing driveways with my Truck and Sander

Looking for an experienced person-10+ years (preferably someone retired and lives in Ipswich) That would plow with me. I will show you all the driveways it before it snows. Some are gravel some are difficult some are very long- All 16 driveways are in the same area. If you are able to keep the truck and sander at your residence in case an emergency call comes in would be helpful and also able to go get sand and salt when needed.
