Shared drum set. Shared bass cab. Shared PA, with mains and wedge monitors. Moderate storage space – space for some amps, pedal boards, etc. but not for drums or very large amps (stacks). Rent paid electronically (e.g. Venmo, Paypal. Cashapp). Rent is month to month. Move-in rent is proratable. Move-out requires one month notice. First and last month's rent is due at move-in.
