To the man who came into my work today and only got two pieces of pie, despite us being out of all of the ones you wanted, and tipping me 40 dollars, Thank you. I wish I caught you before you left. I wish I could tell you genuinely how grateful I am. I was having a horrible day. I was feeling so low about myself and have been financially struggling. Maybe it didn’t mean too much to you but I hope you see this and know that I appreciate what you did. I know it’s just money but you are so kind and I hope that your life is going well and you’re okay. If you see this, come in again and I’ll buy you dinner to thank you.
