Description
Local real estate company looking to hire a part time handyman ASAP for one AirBnb. Hours may range from 2-10 per week based on the work needed. The hours may increase in the future as we obtain other units. You can set your own hours, but some daytime availability is required as there is often a break in Airbnb guests between 10am and 3pm.
$35/hour once arrived at property.
Tasks will involve completing minor punch list for one property. For example: removing window AC units, installing new door knobs or locks, completing minor repairs on the property, paint touch ups, Home Depot runs, and helping with staging, moving and lifting. Experience with items such as replacing lights, toilets, etc. are a plus. We are also looking for a snow removal company, so if you would have interest in that task it is available.
You must have your own transportation and tools and work as an independent contractor. If interested, please
