J&M Cleaning, Inc. is looking to fill a Construction Cleaner position to help aid in our growth. Our builder account business is strong and we’re adding to our team! Position will involve various new home construction clean activities, including but not limited to: >Vacuuming (carpets, vents, etc.) >Sweeping (floors, basements, garages) >Dusting/Washing/Polishing >Tub/Shower/Toilet cleaning >Jobsite Trash Removal >Occasional lifting/moving of materials up to 35lbs. >Other duties as needed Pay Rate: >Pay starts at $13.50-14.50/hr. DOE >Bi-monthly paycheck Interested applicant will need: >Reliable transportation with valid DL & insurance >Computer & Mobile (Smart) phone w/internet access >No criminal background/Pass drug test >Proper identity and work authorization documents >Strong/Flexible work ethic - Must be dependable, honest, detailed oriented, on-time J&M will provide: >Flexible work schedule with core days/hours being M-F, 8am-5pm >Cleaning products & equipment needed to fulfill daily job requirements. >Company work shirt and necessary safety equipment Prior cleaning/construction experience preferred but not mandatory.
