Nanuet Fall Festival Scheduled for October 30th has Something for Everyone Several community organizations have worked together to host a Nanuet Fall Festival on Sunday, October 30th from 11 AM – 4 PM at Lake Nanuet Park. Parking and admission are free. The Fair will feature over 70 exhibitors* offering arts & crafts, baked goods, services, etc. as well as free pumpkins (while supplies last), pumpkin face decorating, several jeeps (from X-treme 4Low Jeep Club) that will offer a Trunk or Treat for kids, musical entertainment, refreshments, and more. A DJ will be on hand all day. Free games, kids’ story time, and other giveaways will be free. The event will be held rain or shine. The community organizations hosting this event include The Greater Nanuet Chamber of Commerce, Nanuet-West Nyack Rotary Club, Nanuet Schools, Nanuet Civic Associations, Nanuet Fire Engine Company, Nanuet Community Ambulance, Nanuet Little League, Nanuet Public Library, Nanuet and Beyond, Nanuet High School Junior Chamber of Commerce, X-treme 4 Low Jeep Club and the Town of Clarkstown. “This is a great example of Nanuet’s Small Town, Big Heart, and the numerous organizations working together to offer this event for the community,” stated Jerry Tuchband, President of the Greater Nanuet Chamber of Commerce. As we expect a large number of families and children, attendees are asked to leave their pets at home.
