Minor Drywall, Base Molding Install, and Paint Job

Quick job: Looking for a worker to for minor drywall repair (can be done with drydex), install speed base basemolding, and paint a bedroom - walls, trim, base, and both sides of the door and install basemolding and caulk and paint the basemolding. The room is in a shared house in Enderly park. The room will painted a different color but we use behr marquee (paint designed to be 1 coat paint). Notes: - Corners should have a mitered cut at a 45 degree angle (so you must have a miter saw) and be caulked. - We require the walls be diligently prepped by scraping with drywall knife and sanding all the walls with a pole sander - There is writing on the walls, this should be cleaned or sanded with a hand sander before painting over it so it doesn't show underneath the paint - We require pictures showing the full length of all of the walls after they are prepped to show they have been prepped - A one page plain language independent contractors agreement must be signed, and copy of license and w9 must be submitted to work for us. Paint Colors: - Wall paint will be behr soft secret flat - Trim, base, and the door will be semi gloss base 2 paint with 2 shots of black - Wall plates must be removed for prep and painting and reinstalled after painting is complete Please respond via email before texting with your name, phone number, relevant experience, pictures of recent work, and the number of 2 references of customers you've worked for recently.
