We are looking for 2 SALES REPS to join our team long term. As a Sales representative for Summit moving & Storage, you will be a part of a team that achieves market share in our established territories. You will be expected to represent the company honestly and fairly with regard to maintaining relationships with all customer and vendors. DUTIES INCLUDE Assist with executing sales strategies and build rapport with clients Provide written quotes to customers and schedule book jobs Respond to customer phone inquiries and questions about the logistical operations of their move Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction Document interactions with clients Enter data into moving software JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for responding to incoming sales calls as well as leads from online sales funnels. The sales representative will work to meet and exceed established weekly and monthly sales goals by giving accurate quotes and following established and proven processes. Sales representatives will also work to establish relationships with other businesses in an effort to create new sales funnels. We offer professional house and corporate moving services to give customers peace of mind. With plenty of years of moving experience, our moving team has the relevant and necessary knowledge and skills to provide quality moving services to all our customers. WHAT WE OFFER: Pay Rate: $600 per week plus commission [Performance based & evaluated after 3 weeks] Two weeks PTO Competitive pay with room for growth within the company. Job stability - We are considered an essential service. Incentive-based commission rates with room for high sale volumes. REQUIREMENTS: Friendly Demeanor, PUNCTUAL (9-5 M-F)(Sat 9-1), Someone willing to learn, and gets along well with others. We are not looking for snakes but rather people who are dedicated to their lives, jobs and families. You will be treated with great respect, be provided with a strong foundation to grow with a very professional operation.
