The work environment is fun, dynamic, and collaborative. Position Harness Energy is looking for new crew members to join our team as wind and solar field technicians. No previous experience required. We will train you! The field tech position requires manual labor, technical aptitude, a logistical mindset, and a detail oriented approach. This is the perfect job for someone who is excited to be involved in the renewable energy industry, enjoys traveling throughout the US and beyond, working outdoors, and wants to be a part of a small company with big potential!
