In This Yin Kundalini Yoga Class in front of the Bay I mix pranayamas and meditations from Kundalini Yoga with some relaxing and restorative postures from Yin Yoga, the best thing from each, and the result is a energetic healing class. We will celebrate the life with postures,mantras and breathing techniques to bring the body to a complete state of relaxation and bring a extra intuition. The format of the class is tune in with a mantra, pranayama, stretching and a meditation to brings intuition . An extra long relaxation with some breathwork and the sound healing vibration of the gong . Personal Distance(6 feet apart) is required! Bring your Mat, water and sunscreen! Put on your comfy clothes, beginners are welcome! The class will be inside the park, but sometimes has another class in the same time , look for the Gong! Text me anything.
