Hello! We are an established band called Of The Roses. We are two song-writers/guitarists/vocalists (Josh and Serenity, who lead and are the main songwriters), a bassist and a drummer.  We are looking for a KEYBOARDIST for live performances and for going into the studio. The style of playing we are looking for from you would be some regular piano accompaniment stuff, as well as Sparks-esque and Brian Eno-esque songwriting and arrangement-type playing. If you can do backing vocals, that would be great, but not a requirement.  We sound like: power pop, art rock/pop, alternative rock, and punk/post-punk.  We love: Strokes, Arctic Monkeys, St. Vincent, Talking Heads, Franz Ferdinand, as well as take influence from Led Zeppelin, Nirvana, Beatles, Oasis, Pixies, and more. We like to experiment with different genres, but we're a rock band at heart. Currently we practice mostly on Sundays, and Wednesday evenings if needed. However, that might slightly change in the new year. We are a serious and committed band about to release an EP, and interested in eventually touring a bit.
