Description

I'm FAR north Denver (Like Erie North) So far south Denver might not be a super good fit.... 37 year old “Front man” Vocalist/serviceable rhythm guitar player (Acoustic) with pro level past experience looks to put together a working band (3 hour full night gigs) of 90’s country covers, with a few red dirt songs thrown in. Looking for pro level players with pro level equipment. Ideally looking for 2 a band with lead/rhythm guitar, rhythm section and a multi-instrumentalist on steel, or fiddle or the like. Not too concerned with player age, and willing to offer paid gigs to hired guns if they are committed (I’ll put my cut toward your paycheck. I’d like to put together 30 or so songs, mostly 90’s pop country stuff, with a few red dirt and maybe some 70’s tunes thrown in; get basic structure down with charts if needed, and then be able to call out solos, and have a little bit of fun/flexibility with the tunes, really just fun bar band stuff. Wanting to practice once a week or every other week and pay out a couple times a month. Willing to travel to mountain towns, and neighboring states for shows. No drama, no burn outs, no flakes please…..Looking for guys/gals with pro level ability and decent motivation to have some fun in a working band. PS, if you made it through this far, and you’d rather look at country originals, epically red dirt style stuff (Think jason isbell, and turnpike) don’t be afraid to drop me a line. I have experience in original country projects as well.
