Job Description: Production Position The Production position is a critical role in our company. The Production Employee performs a number of duties associated with the bagging and packaging of our products. The employee is required to maintain a clean and orderly workspace and to also wear Personal Protective Equipment such as gloves, hairnets, face masks, and lab coats as directed. The work is physical and requires that you be able to work on your feet for the entire shift. You must be able to lift up to 25kg (55lbs). Primary Responsibilities: • Reads Batch Manufacturing Records and performs work as assigned by the department manager. • Follows SOP with attention to detail weighing and bagging effectively at or above-average production speed. • Accurate use of scales, product counts, and effective notation. • Attach appropriate labels to products and packages. • Cleans work area daily and participates in a weekly team cleaning checklist. • Track production on schedule boards. • Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues. • Follows Safety, Attendance, and Employee Handbook Guidelines. • Communicates effectively and respectfully within the team and to Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be able to independently keep detailed records in the Production Log, regularly perform mathematical functions using the metric system and can comply with ALL clean room requirements. In addition, the ideal candidate must come to work with an eager, positive attitude, must be a team player and a self-starter, and must be able to clearly and effectively communicate with the Production Manager and fellow employees. Qualifications: • No Experience Necessary • Must have a good time management. • Must be able to lift 55 pounds. • Must be reliable and have your own transportation.
