Hello, my name is Alexander, looking for Experienced plumber (Experienced - is what needed, other stuff is optional - insured... bonded... LLC or Inc... whatever... not important). Need experienced plumber that will do some of the following or all of the following on low cost, rental property: #1. Assist me, guide me or complete on your own - switching drain sides on bathtub (somebody previously installed drain on the left and faucets on the right in a shower) #2. Test ABS drain from the 2nd floor bathroom upstairs - with a water-hose to examine ABS drain pipe for leaks. (easy and visible access). #3. Assist me or complete on your own - changing bathtub, installing new bathtub that I will buy myself with your guidance to make sure everything fits correctly. #4. Seal ABS pipe in the basement ceiling, there is condensation drips or small connection leak in ABS drain pipe that comes from the house into the basement. #5. Fix kitchen sink pipes - that are leaking, small fix needed there, your assistance and guidance needed, or your plumbing work needed there. #6. Whatever other plumbing issues come up during our work - we have to resolve them - in the areas of Bathroom (2nd floor) and kitchen sink (1st floor) and basement. Compensation Details: #1. I buy all the materials and pipes with your guidance - from the store or from you directly without any crazy markup. #2. I Pay $40 per working day visit in cash - and I estimate that there will be a need for minimum of 7-10 visits. Each visit will take minimum of 2 hours to get some work done - together. I don't like to leave work unfinished, so if needed - will be 2hrs and 30 minutes of work to finish some parts of work to the end. #3. I will ride around - to stores on my vehicle to buy parts that are the necessary for this work, so that you don't have to worry about wasting your gas and time. #4. Your 1st paid working day - must include work, on the 1st visit to come and to look around for 2 hours is not working, if we are working on plumbing - then I pay $40 per visit. If we are talking and walking around - we are not working. So... if we are working and doing actual plumbing stuff such as repair, installation - I pay for that visit of doing work - for that day of work. Requirements: First & Last Name - some kind of info document Compatibility in working time - your available time - needs to match my time, my time is anytime after 2pm on any day. Experience in Plumbing Photos of your work - to show examples Knowledge of Shark-Bites Knowledge of plumbing for Shower, Toilet, Sink, ABS drain Big PLUS if You Also Know - but it is optional - good for additional work: -Copper pipe welding for plumbing, installing water-shut-off switches -Sewer Line - pipe work underground -Electrical wiring work for lights and switches -HVAC knowledge and experience -Concrete / Cement work
