GC is looking for a skilled excavation foreman with at least 10 years of experience managing excavation scopes of work for residential and commercial projects. This foreman must have experience managing demolition scopes as well. Responsibilities *Ability to operate heavy equipment *Oversee all activities during the excavation phase of work *Efficiently read and comprehend architectural drawings *Able to work with surveyor to determine grade *Manage demolition crew Skills required: • Strong organizational skills • Knowledge of general construction industry • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail • Ability to meet deadlines • Knowledge of construction safety and OSHA documentation • Ability to interact effectively with superintendents and field employees • Essential physical requirements necessary to perform job Serious, experienced, and capable candidates, respond with contact information and a summary of past concrete work you've managed.
