Description
We are looking for a responsible property manager to care for a property when the owners are out of town. Hours will vary weekly. In most cases, work can be performed during flexible hours on a given day. Hourly rate is $40 per hour.
Responsibilities:
-Supervise maintenance and cleaning of the home
-Organize home furnishings
-Take out and bring in trash bins
-Purchase and deliver home supplies
-Schedule any necessary home maintenance as needed
Requirements:
-Must have a clean criminal record and credit history; a background check will be performed
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must be able to provide references from prior work
-Some knowledge of the Japanese language is a plus, but not required
