Requirements for the position are: - Valid Drivers License - 1 Year of Landscape Maintenace experience (Mowing, Trimming, Pruning, Herbicides, Pesticides, Plant ID...etc) - Alignment with our Core Values and Mission (Listed below) Responsibilities of the position are: - On-time for work Mon-Friday - 6:45 am to 3:15 pm (Pearl City Start, Pearl City Finish) - Complete tasks assigned to you by Managers - Drive Company Truck & Keep it Clean - Motivate, Teach and lead your own crew to take GREAT care of our Landscape Maintenace Clients - Help out at the Shop or in other ways as requested. - Take good care of our equipment Our Core Values - Who We are.
