PERRY HALL, MD — A stretch of Belair Road is closed due to a water main break Thursday night, according to the Maryland State Highway Administration. Before 8:15 p.m., officials said all lanes of Route 1/Belair Road were closed in the area. The closure impacts a 2-mile stretch of Belair Road.
