In a nutshell, I purchased this brand new franchise location, before I moved to Florida and now family matters are taking me back to my previous home. So I'm looking for someone who is committed to long-term and doesn't need a consistent 40 hour a week job for the near-term. I will share all the details with the right person. This person will be employee Number 1. Looking for someone that wants a great opportunity to make money and a future. Looking for this person to be hard working and eventually transition into overall location management. We foresee someone that will be doing the hiring and training and customer service for this location. This is an independent contractor position to start. We will supply cleaning supplies, uniform and equipment, you provide the grit and determination to grow. We pay for all business costs, except mileage (gas, car expenses). We will also pay a bonus for new clients you bring in. We do not withhold your taxes as you get paid for jobs. You will receive a 1099 tax form at the beginning of the year and will be responsible for filing you own taxes. This opportunity is not suitable for you if you are seeking a full-time job immediately. It will take some patience as we develop the territory. Once you register with our agency, we will begin to send you referral jobs as much as possible. However, we are not able to immediately send you 40 hours’ worth of cleaning jobs right away. As you continue to work, you will begin to build an ongoing client base. Services we provide include: advertising, estimates, scheduling, billing for the clients. Your focus is on the cleaning and great customer service we pay 50% of each job to you which could equal $33 or more per cleaning hour. Our prices are more mid-range, not as high as Merry Maids but not Solo cleaner rates either. We are very transparent about our invoicing, so you know that we are 100% legitimate. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of Professional Residential (Franchise Cleaning Experience for example: Merry Maids...etc.) * Valid Driver's License (A must) * Reliable transportation ( A must) * U. S.
