The apartment itself includes an in unit washer and dryer. The roommates are 3 girls who are very friendly and nice people to be around. Rent includes package locker fee($5), renter's liability insurance ($11.99), and rent itself ($750). Electric is through Duke energy and split between roommates. This is a great deal.
