SERVICE TECHNICIAN Come join our experienced team at OPTIM Real Estate Services. We are currently hiring for a Service Technician at one of our new properties in Los Angeles, 110 units. Under the supervision of the Service Manager, responsible for the overall maintenance and operation of the community. Experience: High School education or general education degree (GED) preferred. 2 years of general maintenance experience Exp in some or all of the following areas: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, refurbishing, cleaning, air conditioning, and appliance repair. Valid CA driver’s license. Universal HVAC Certification required. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certificate highly preferred. An Equal Opportunity Employer.
