Bluebird Oxygen is looking for additional “as- needed” 1099 drivers for our Grand County operations, most commonly Winter Park, Fraser, & Granby. Bluebird Oxygen rents oxygen concentrators to individuals visiting Summit, Eagle, Grand, & Gunnison County CO. As a 1099 driver you will deliver oxygen concentrator(s) to the various lodging accommodations within Grand County, including, but not limited to, houses, condos, resorts, and hotels. We pay $20-$25 for drop-off, $5 for each additional unit, and $20-$25 for pickup; so a single unit complete delivery & pickup will result in $40-$50 for each event paid upon acceptance of the job. For drop-offs you’ll leave the unit (approximately 35lbs) and corresponding disposables at a drop location (normally front or suite door), snap a photo of the unit(s) with serial numbers, and send to Bluebird for logging. For pickups, units are left outside the rental location by 10:00 am on day of departure, we like to have the units picked up, cleaned, and checked into our system (via confirmation text) by noon. As potential orders come in we’ll communicate the opportunity (typically via text)…you may either accept the full job, or in some cases part of the order (just a d/o or just a p/u). Average d/o and p/u is completed within 20-30 minutes round trip depending on where you live. Driver must have a valid drivers license, state minimum auto-insurance, a dependable vehicle, and in some cases the ability to store a few units to minimize travel time between our offices in Keystone. We are looking for dependable individuals with prompt responses to our opportunity communication. You aren’t expected to accept every job, but we do ask that you quickly and efficiently accept/deny opportunities.
