Description

Finding patient education material is difficult and time-consuming. When asking friends and neighbors, you are disclosing personal information. You need a research assistant. My name is Joel Harder. You can look me up on LinkedIn. I’ve spent a decade working at director-level positions at physician medical societies. I am aware of where you can find patient resources that get you ready for an effective doctor’s appointment. These resources should be located in your doctor’s office, but this frequently is not the case. There are two levels of service: (1) send me an e-mail, I’ll send you links to patient education materials after we briefly discuss the reason for the doctor’s visit. (2) VIP-level: I’ll listen to your concern and take action to find a comprehensive solution. I provide a highly specialized, narrow service. My work is related to finding information from the 200 medical societies in the American Medical Association House of Delegates. These societies make up the U.S. Healthcare System. The focus of my work is not related to making appointments, the doctor-patient discussion, the actual diagnosis and treatment (that is between you and your doctor), pharmacy, billing/coding (Medicare/Medicaid/private insurance), dentistry (this isn’t my area of expertise), and allied health professions.
