I have a large commercial building that needs some patch work, and shingles. 95% is torn off just some nails and tar paper left. EPDM is already ran in the valleys just need a couple more pieces to wrap it up and glue it down. EPDM is already terminated on one side just needs glued down. The guy who started it is in the hospital and not sure if he’s going make it back. Pays cash ($8,000), it’s a contract job and you will get paid by the phase as you complete each phase will break it up into 3 or 4 phases. Roof is super flat almost no pitch. Its long straight runs so expirenced guys can fly with the shingles.
