Are you a nonbinary, genderqueer, or woman of color working full-time in the Greater Boston Area? You could support YW Boston’s work by participating in a paid focus group centered around workplace inclusion. YW Boston will host several group conversations between September and October 2022 to better understand workplace inclusion practices across a variety of sectors and industries. Your feedback will inform us as we develop resources for employers committed to improving the experiences of people of color with marginalized gender identities.Participants will be compensated with a $75 gift card and must: •Currently work as an hourly, full-time employee in the Greater Boston Area •Identify as a nonbinary or genderqueer person or woman of color •Be able to participate in one virtual focus group facilitated in English between the months of September and October 2022 Focus Group dates (online): •Wednesday, October 26th 7:00pm-8:30pm •Thursday, October 27th 10:00am-11:30am •Friday, October 28th 6:00pm-7:30pm •Saturday, October 29th 10:00am-11:30am If you or anyone you know is interested in participating in this conversation, please complete this interest survey:.
