Pay: $15-20/hr plus benefits. Overtime is available for productive individuals. Pay commensurate with experience. Entry-level positions are available. Responsibilities include general building maintenance and outdoor manual labor. Must be available to work in emergency situations. • Must be able to perform tasks in a timely and efficient manner. • Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are followed. • Must be able to address complaints in a professional manner. • Maintain a courteous demeanor with residents, prospective residents, co-workers, vendors, etc. • Ability to operate standard maintenance equipment in a proper and safe manner. Job Requirements: • High school education. • Working knowledge of general construction • Basic computer skills to include Google research and email • Time management • Must have a valid driver’s license • Must be able to pass a drug test.
