TW Services, is a third party Warehouse Service Provider for Sysco. We are currently seeking for staff to join our team at the Food Distribution Center. We are not a temp agency. Employment would be full time and permanent. We have a fast onboarding process that can get you to work in 2 days after your interview. Position: Dock Associate Hours/Schedule: Monday to Friday 5:00AM - Till Finish Days and hours may vary depending on amount of freight. Further shift details can be addressed at interview. Compensation/Benefits: Weekly pay cycle! Get paid every Friday Time Off Accrual (PSL) PPO Health Insurance Options Negotiable depending on experience Base pay plus production, $15 to $18 per hour Daily Responsibilities: Perform pre-shift checks of equipment Unload pallets Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials Breakdown and restack product from pallets Product and quantity verification Wrap pallets Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements: Must have Minimum 1 year prior warehouse experience Electric pallet jack experience Pallet sorting experience is strongly preferred. Contingent of passing drug screen and background check Authorized to work in the U.S.A. Ability to work as a team and individually Attention to detail is key in this position Steel toe shoes required upon hire!
