Have your outdoor or indoor enclosure set up before picking up turtle. These are NOT aquatic turtles. But enjoy soaking in water daily. Hibernates (brumates) underground during colder months. Best kept outdoors in a shady moist area with predator proofing (lid over enclosure with hardware cloth). They need large shallow water bowl and lots of vegetation and wood hides. Plus moist soil and leaves to dig under. See example photos of outdoor enclosures. Eat crickets, blood worms, red worms, snails, slugs, wax worms, pillbugs, roaches, tubifex worms, fish, meat, veggies and berries, and some other fruit. If this add is up the turtles are still available. I do not ship. We can meet in a public place in Redding only. Cash only.
